Effective credit control comes not from no being rigid but understanding both the business and your customers needs. Rapport is very important and outsourcing your credit control helps you to keep that good working relationship
A consultation is needed in order to judge the needs of your business, it does depend on the value and age of the invoices in question. However, with a proven track record of reducing debt we would aim to reduce the debt within 30 days.
All that is needed is an excel spreadsheet with the invoices quoted and contact details and I can send daily, weekly or monthly updates.
